The next morning, I called him several times, but he ignored all my messages and did not call me back. Finally, I realized that I had been "had". I called the Nissan dealer in Gainesville and had the Murano loaded on a roll-back and delivered to them. They were able to reprogram the car and fobs and did just what I had asked B & T to do. It is something that they advertise that they do!
Saved our day!!! B&T was able to come and unlock my daughters car within an hour or so. He was fast and friendly and definitely has the patience needed for this type of work. I hope we will not be needing his services in the near future, but if we do I will not hesitate to call B&T again. Thank you for being affordable it certainly makes days like this a little bit better.
B&T came out a day earlier than scheduled, provided great service, great price and was very professional. I''d hire them again fro sure.
They came out the guy was in a rush and stated he was trying to get to his family for the eclipse l. He stayed all of 15 mins and just left. Called my wife's phone and said there is something broke in the key hole. And I know for a fact there was nothing broken in the key hole. Would not recommend.
I called B & T and asked for help getting my new (used) Nissan Murano's replacement key fob programed. They sent me to someone named Michael Tomlinson, who they assured me could take care of programming my fob. He came to my office, took both fobs and worked for over an hour. I went out to check on his progress and he said he had called several other guys but that he didn't have the right info to do the programming. Further, he had disabled my vehicle completely, so that it would not start at all. He came in about half an hour later and told me to try to start the car in about an hour, giving it time to reset itself. Of course that didn't happen.
I sincerely recommend that no one use B & T Lock and Key. They do not give good service and cannot apparently do what they advertise!
It has been nearly a week and no one from B & T has bothered to call me to check on my situation and Michael Tomlinson has not yet returned one of my 10+ calls. All they needed to do was tell me to go to the Nissan dealer to start with! I could have saved the $80 that it cost in addition to what AAA paid toward the tow. Instead, I lost the use of the car for 24 hours, had the stress of not knowing if my new car would ever function correctly again and the aggravation of not having my calls returned.
